What is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program?
Canadian Immigration agencies initiated the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program to invite workers to the province of Saskatchewan under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Apart from some exceptions, The authority releases these draw every month to select cream candidates out of all those applying for Canadian immigration. This program especially invites entrepreneurs, workers, and investors to immigrate to Canada to fulfill all labor and investment requirements of Saskatchewan.
Latest SINP Draw Highlights
It is the fourth draw of the year 2023. One of the key highlights of this draw is dropping the CRS Score to 68 Points, which is the lowest so far. The first SINP Draw of 2023 was released on February 16.

1032 Candidates got IOA under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program
SINP is one of the multiple pathways to apply for Canada PR. The authority has issued more than 1000 Invitations to Apply (IOA) under the below streams:
Express Entry
AtLeast 739 candidates, with a minimum of 68 Points in CRS Score, have received the permit to apply for the Canadian immigration process. The selected candidates had to submit an Educational Credential Assessment before getting the results.
Occupation on Demand
Limited businesses got a preference in the latest SINP Draw 2023. Only 293 candidates got the invitation from the IRCC with specific NOC Codes.

Here is the Stepwise process to apply for Canadian Immigration under SINP
- Go to the official website of IRCC
- Complete a pre-application process to submit EOI
- Provide the correct and relevant information
- Utilize the SINP Points Calculator to submit your profile score
- Wait for the Next SINP Draw to see if you get an ITA
- Complete the online application and submit the required document
- Pay fee within 60 Days of receiving the ITA
Difference between EOI & ITA
The significant difference between EOI and ITA is that Expression of Interest is the initial step where candidates ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and send an application to submit their interest to immigrate to Canada. Invitation to Apply is a sort of confirmation or permission that IRCC releases to applicants to invite them to the next stage of the immigration process. After checking their application and analyzing their score according to the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), the authority sends these invitations.
Got ITA! What to do next?
Candidates, who have received an Invitation from the IRCC in either express entry or Occupation-in-demand stream, have 60 days to continue the process of getting Canada PR. The next step is to complete the online process by adding the required documents before submitting the final application. Also, remember to pay processing fees of CAD$ 350, which is non-refundable.
