What is the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program?

In Canada, there are several provincial nomination programmes that serve to inspire immigrants each year. One of the programmes that issued invitations to thousands of applicants under the SINP draw was SINP (Saskatchewan immigration nominee programme).

Expression of Interest (EOI) is the new procedure for inviting immigrants through SINP under the Occupations in Demand or Express Entry sub-categories. The main prerequisite for submitting an EOI profile is eligibility for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program applications. It is important for applicants to mention key requirements such as Age, education qualification, work experience and language ability.

How Does the International Skilled Worker EOI System Work?

It is one component of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) and aimed at attracting people who will contribute to the provincial economy’s and integrate successfully into the community SINP draw.

  • Candidates that show interest in moving to Saskatchewan online via a profile are considered under the points-based EOI system, sometimes known as the Saskatchewan points calculator.
  • The profile contains details about their age, education, employment history, language skills, and other selection criteria for immigration. Candidates are evaluated and given a score based on this data.
  • Candidates who satisfy the requirements are added to the EOI pool and given a score based on the details of their profile.

Through a routine SINP draw held by Saskatchewan, the top-scoring applicants are asked to submit an application for a provincial nomination. The chosen applicants get a nomination certificate, allowing them to submit an application or apply for Canada PR.

Saskatchewan is able to effectively control its immigration intake because of the EOI system, which identifies applicants with the greatest potential to benefit the province\’s economy and society. It offers a clear and efficient procedure, guaranteeing justice and equal opportunity for qualified persons interested in relocating to Saskatchewan.

Not all occupations were selected in the latest SINP draw.

There were specific NOC codes listed on the Canada Occupation In-Demand list for the occupations that were eligible for the EOI selection in this SINP draw for both Express Entry and Occupation in-Demand applicants, which we have covered in our thorough news analysis.

This is Saskatchewan\’s sixth EOI draw for 2023. The dates of the year\’s prior invitation rounds were February 16, March 23, April 20, May 3, and May 18.
