The Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program, also abbreviated as SINP, sends out invitations to apply to prospective immigration applicants throughout the year. Candidates who qualify for the selection, are issued invitations to apply for provincial nomination, following the approval of which, they are nominated for permanent residency.
Interested applicants may apply in either of the three streams, namely, Occupation In-Demand, Express Entry, and Entrepreneurial Stream, through the submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) under the provincial government’s online system, called OASIS.
According to the SINP Latest Draw of 2023, conducted on the 16th of August, a sum total of 642 invitations had been sent out to eligible candidates, under two categories, namely, Express Entry, and Occupation In-Demand, to apply for PR status. The division is such that 268 candidates have been targeted under Express Entry, and 232 candidates have been targeted under occupation in-demand category respectively.
These new rounds of invitations have been conducted after a pause of more than two months, and the cutoff score has been recorded as the lowest ever when compared to the previous SINP Draws.
