Quebec Latest Draw Invited 1220 Candidates To Apply For RSWP

Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has surprised foreign candidates who are seeking permanent residency in Canada with the latest Quebec Arrima Draw as it organized two rounds of invitations on October 26, 2023.

The recent draws focused on express-entry candidates from the  Regular Skilled Workers Program. It sent out a total of 1220 invitations to apply to foreign skilled workers who have impressive CRS points in the Quebec Calculator and have proficiency in the French Language.

Who was invited to the Quebec Arrima Draw of October 26, 2023?

In the latest draw, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sent out invitations to all the candidates who have submitted before October 23, 2023. The draw considered all the valid applications submitted before 6:30 a.m.

What are the Requirements?

As I have mentioned, Quebec conducted two rounds of invitations on October 26, 2023. The minimum cutoff score in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) differed for each round. For the candidates of the First round, Quebec set the minimum limit to 465, whereas, the candidates of the second round must have 608 or more points in the Quebec Score Calculator.

Language Proficiency

The authorities targeted applicants with 7 or higher proficiency levels in the French language. The language proficiency levels were the same for both rounds of invitations.

Job Offer

The latest Quebec Arrima Draws focused on candidates with a valid job offer from an employer or firm outside the territory of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal (Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal).
