The provincial nomination for invited Express Entry profiles must now be claimed within 45 days.
The good news is for candidates who have a provincial nomination certificate since it will directly add a maximum of 600 points to their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score. These points can directly boost their eligibility and competitiveness, and make it easier for them to secure permanent resident status in Canada in the upcoming express entry draw.
Through the Latest OINP Express Entry Draw, the province has directly sent ITAs to candidates who created their express entry profile between July 6, 2022, to July 6, 2023.
Invited Profiles and CRS Cutoff
Candidates who have scored from 479 to 485 points in the comprehensive ranking system are eligible to apply under the express entry system of the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program.
The authority has specifically mentioned the targeted occupations with National Occupational Classification (NOC) Code. Nine Tech Occupations facing labor shortages in Ontario have been targeted in the latest Ontario express entry draw.

Are you eligible for Human Capital Priorities Stream?
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has an immigration track called Express Entry Human Capital Priorities.
It allows foreign workers with the necessary education, employment experience, and language skills to apply to live and work permanently in Ontario.
While you may apply online to be nominated by the Ontario government for permanent residence, you must have a valid account in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada\’s (IRCC) Express Entry system and obtain a Notification of Interest from Ontario.

- You have a legitimate Express Entry profile for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
- You have a Canadian bachelor\’s, master\’s, or doctoral degree or an Education Credential Assessment (ECA) of a foreign degree that is equivalent.
- Having at least a CLB level 7 in either English or French (IELTS/CELPIP/TCF/TEF)
- sufficient settlement money, annual earnings from employment in Ontario,
- An employment offer from Ontario to support you and any dependent family members.
- Based on one or more of the following factors, the intention to live in Ontario

What is Ontario Immigration Nominee Program?
The province\’s scheme for economic immigration is called the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Scheme (OINP). It collaborates with the Canadian government Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Foreign employees, foreign students, and individuals with the required education, training, and experience submit nomination requests to the OINP.
People with the knowledge and experience that the Ontario economy requires are identified by the OINP and nominated for permanent residency; nevertheless, the final decision to grant applications for permanent residence rests with the Government of Canada.
