On September 21, 2023, Manitoba PNP Draw invited 620 skilled workers to apply for permanent residency. The invitees of the MPNP Draw came from a variety of streams, including Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Streams, and Skilled Worker Overseas Streams. Each stream has its own set of minimum CRS point requirements. This group includes sales and service reps, as well as other customer-facing jobs. These jobs require a TEER level 4, which stands for Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibility. In other words, you need to have some training or education in the field, some experience working with customers, and be able to handle a lot of responsibility.
Occupations classified in TEER 4, which are those with a 4 as the second digit of their code, typically require the following:
- Completion of secondary school.
- Several weeks of on-the-job training with some secondary school education.
- Experience in a related occupation from TEER 5, when applicable (TEER 5 includes occupations with a 5 as the second digit in their code).

Becoming Canada PR through the Skilled Worker Program
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a program that allows Manitoba to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada. The Skilled Worker Program is one of the streams under the MPNP that allows skilled workers to apply for permanent residency in Manitoba.
