Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has recently released the 12th Express Entry Draw of the year 2023.

In the latest IRCC Draw, a total of 589 express entry candidates have received special ITAs since they can apply under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This is a special draw to invite candidates and workers to immigrate to Canada for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. This express entry draw is unique since the express entry candidates with a CRS Score of 691 and more can apply under the PNP stream.
