BC PNP Draw: 230 Skilled Workers Invited in British Columbia.

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) recently held a draw on August 22, 2023, to target a variety of immigration streams. The draw focused on occupations that are in high demand in Canada, as determined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

The fourth British Columbia PNP draw of August will invite applications from eligible individuals in high-demand occupations such as technology, healthcare, childcare, and others. The draw will include 230 express entry applications categorized as Skilled Worker, Skilled Worker – EEBC option, International Graduate, International Graduate – EEBC option, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled for general as well as targeted occupations. The minimum CRS cutoff varies depending on the stream that candidates applied to. Candidates who receive invitations to apply (ITAs) must meet the eligibility criteria.

The BC PNP has been on a roll this August, inviting over 409 people to apply for Canadian permanent residence under the skilled worker program. In the last draw on August 9, 2023, 195 applicants got an invitation to apply (ITA). Both Skilled Workers and Entrepreneur Stream candidates were invited in this draw.
