- You must be a pending or unsuccessful refugee claimant living in Canada
- Your claim should be dated before 13th March 2020
- You should have an active work permit
- You should have relevant work experience
- You should have language proficiency test results
- You should have a valid degree as per Education Credential Assessment (ECA)
