LAMBTON COLLEGE (ONTARIO)

A publicly-funded college in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, called Lambton College, has a total of 3,500 full-time, 6,500 part-time, and 3,500 overseas students that are enrolled at it globally. 

The College offers over 100 diploma, certificate, and post-graduate programs in a wide range of disciplines, such as business, engineering, health sciences, information and communication technology, hospitality, and tourism. It also provides a variety of services to international students, including English language training, career and academic support, and social activities.

STUDY IN SARNIA CAMPUS

Lambton College has established partnerships with several universities in China, allowing international students to pursue their studies in China and transfer credits to Lambton College. This allows students to receive an education in their home country while still enrolling in a Canadian university.

• Graduates from Lambton College are more employable and have more real-world experience. 
• Co-op opportunities are incorporated into many academic programmes. 
• Once their post-secondary programme is through, international students can also apply for a post-graduate employment permit.

STUDY IN MISSISSAUGA

To provide its academic programmes in the City of Mississauga, registered private career college Queen’s College and Lambton College have an arrangement. This agreement is also known as Lambton in Mississauga. 

• In line with its agreement with Lambton College, Queen’s College workers are responsible for providing all services and classes at this location.
• Since 2017, Lambton College and Queen’s College have operated as a public-private collaboration, and more than 4,000 international students have graduated successfully. Currently, only international students are enrolled in courses. 
• The 33,000-square-foot campus of Queen’s College is housed in two buildings at 121 Brunel Road and has classrooms, labs, student lounges, and administrative offices.

STUDY IN TORNADO

To provide its academic programmes in the City of Toronto, Lambton College has an arrangement with Cestar College of Business, Health, and Technology, a recognised private career college. In Toronto, we call this arrangement Lambton. 

• Employees of Cestar College are responsible for providing all services and lessons at this site in line with the terms of its contract with Lambton College. 
• Since 2011, Lambton College and Cestar College have operated as a public-private collaboration, and more than 12,000 foreign students have graduated successfully. Currently, only foreign students are enrolled in courses. 
• At 265 Yorkland Boulevard, there are two buildings housing more than 100,000 square feet of classroom space, lab space, student spaces, and administrative offices for Cestar College.

SERVICES THEY PROVIDE

The community has a variety of alternatives for renting spaces for conferences at Lambton College. The College’s campus is ready to host events that call for access to classrooms, conference spaces, and ballrooms. Lambton provides the following services in addition to the facilities you need to conduct a successful event:

• Availability of residence rooms for visitors and conference participants
• Partnerships with local hotels for accommodations
• On-campus catering services
• Availability of parking, instructional aides, satellite and IT equipment

When applying to Lambton College, all applications must use the Online Application.

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Complete the Online Application

Please make sure you have electronic copies of the following before starting the online application process:

• Copies of your diplomas, certificates, and transcripts from high school and College
• As proof of English proficiency, IELTS or TOEFL score is required for programme entrance.
• CV/Resume
• Passport bio-data page

Visa or MasterCard are required for the $150 CAD non-refundable and non-transferable application cost. The application fee must be paid at that time.

Additional Information

• Use your name exactly as it appears on your foreign passport while filling out the online application form.
• The online application process requires the uploading of all admissions papers. Only fully completed applications in the online portal will be examined.
• Lambton College has received your application for review, and you will get an email from the College confirming this. Applications are evaluated in a competitive manner rather than according to the order of arrival.
• No consideration will be given for admission to those who have a valid visa that allows them to attend a public college or university in Ontario. Transfer students from public Ontario universities are not accepted at Lambton College.

Step 2: Pay Tuition Fees

It is highly advised that overseas students pre-pay the equivalent of their first year’s tuition. The procedure of acquiring a Canadian Study Permit will be made easier as a result of your online application.

Payments from Outside Canada
In order to provide international students and their families with a quick, simple, and reasonable option to pay Lambton College from a foreign bank in their native currency, the College has collaborated with Convera and Flywire.

• Step 1: After receiving your offer from letter, go to the payment page and fill out this form.
• Step 2: Pick the things you want to buy and input your Canadian dollar payment amount.
• Step 3: Choose the payment method you want to use and adhere to the on-screen instructions.

Your student account will receive equal payment in Canadian currency from Lambton. If you need any more help, email international@lambtoncollege.ca.

You must have your account number to deposit your money into your student account. Make sure you typed it incorrectly.

Online bank transfers to the College might take up to three (3) business days. Your money is added to your fees on the day it is received by the institution. Please give Lambton College enough time to receive your payment.

Step 3: Apply for your Visa

A current visa is necessary in order to study in Canada. The college adviser advises that you have the following before starting the visa application process:

• A letter of offer from Lambton College
• A fee receipt confirming to first-semester payment
