Express Entry
The express entry stream under Yukon provincial nominee program is for foreign skilled workers who have a job offer to work permanently in Yukon, prior to applying for Canada PR.
If you wish to work in Canada and/or live in Yukon but don’t have an eligible job offer yet, then you can apply under Express Entry and gain access to an Express Entry profile number as well as a job seeker code.
With the job seeker code and an express entry profile, you will have access to Canada Job Bank where you can list your profession, qualification etc and Canadian employers can directly contact you.

Skilled worker program
The skilled worker program is for foreign skilled workers who wish to work and reside in Yukon. Under the skilled worker program, those who are applying should hold a job as per the Yukon occupation in demand list under the national occupation classification.
They should also have an occupation that is eligible in the country and has a TEER level of 0,1,2 and 3.

Critical Impact Worker
The critical impact worker immigration program under Yukon PNP is for semi-skilled or unskilled workers whose occupation is in high demand in the terrority.
They should have a sponsored offer letter by an employer.
The critical impact worker immigration program is also open for TEER 4 other than TEER 3.

Business nominee
The business nominee program is for the candidates who wish to invest in the province of Yukon in the form of establishing a new business or investing/ occupying an older one.
The business model should be in accordance with the yukon occupation in demand list.

CANADA OCCUPATION DEMAND LIST AND NATIONAL OCCUPATION CLASSIFICATION – WHAT ARE THEY?
The canada occupation demand list states the list of occupations in demand in canada as a whole.
The occupation demand list targets the main occupations that are of particular value and importance across the country.
The occupation demand list varies from province to province. Each province has its own occupation and skill demand list, through which they categorize the candidates and decide which one is eligible to apply for permanent residency in their province.
