NLPNP IN-DEMAND OCCUPATION LIST

The easternmost American province, Newfoundland & Labrador, is in Atlantic Canada. The province receives little sunshine each morning while the rest of the continent remains in darkness. The province’s economy advances daily thanks to its soft warmth.

The Way Forward on Immigration in Newfoundland and Labrador, a five-year immigration strategy by this marine province, aims to welcome more new immigrants. Consequently, the province has received hundreds of qualified foreign employees assisting in the growth of the local economy in the NLPNP In-demand Occupation list. Regarding the highest GDP in the nation right now, the province comes in third.

The economy’s growth is mostly fueled by the services sector, which accounts for the biggest GDP. Fishing, manufacturing, oil production, and mining are further sectors with sizable participation.
