  • Must have a job seeker validation code or a proof of enrolment

  • Must have valid language test scores in either English or French 
  • They should meet the minimum language benchmarks as per CLB and their level should be 7.

Skilled workers stream

The skilled workers stream is appropriate for those who have a full time, permanent job offer from a new brunswick and wish to immigrate for the job.

The skilled workers stream is also only open to the professions under the New Brunswick in demand occupation list as per the national occupation classification.

Eligibility to apply under skilled workers system of New Brunswick PNP – 

  • Must prove that they intent on living in new brunswick 
  • Must have a job offer from an eligible new brunswick employer
  • Must have a letter of support from an eligible new brunswick employer
  • Must be between the ages of 19-55
  • Must have valid language test scores in either English or French 
  • They should meet the minimum Canadian language benchmarks as per CLB and their level should be 4.

Business immigration stream 

New Brunswick also accepts applications from candidates who wish to invest in or establish a business in New brunswick.

The business should be under an occupation as per the New Brunswick in demand occupation list.

Candidates are expected to have enough money to support themselves or make monetary investments 

Eligibility To Apply Under Business Immigration System Of New Brunswick PNP- 

  • Candidates must submit an EOI 
  • Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree 
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience 
  • Their net worth must be at least $600,000
  • Must be between the ages 22-55
  • Must have valid language test scores in either English or French 
  • They should meet the minimum language benchmarks as per CLB and their level should be 5.
  • Their business should create at least 2 full time employment for Canadian residents.
  • Their business should be valid as per the National occupation classification and should employ people from TEER 0,1,2,3,4 and 5. 
  • The candidate, however, should practice a profession only under TEER 0,1 and 2.

CANADA OCCUPATION DEMAND LIST AND NATIONAL OCCUPATION CLASSIFICATION – WHAT ARE THEY?

The occupation demand list targets the main occupations that are of particular value and importance across the country. 

The occupation demand list varies from province to province. Each province has its own occupation and skill demand list, through which they categorize the candidates and decide which one is eligible to apply for permanent residency in their province.
