  • Have a credible ECA report 
  • Must have intention to live, work and establish future startups in manitoba
  • Should be financially independent, responsible
  • Should work for a register business

SKILLED WORKER OVERSEAS STREAM

This stream has two pathways – 

Manitoba express entry pathway

Manitoba express entry pathway is for those who already have an active express entry profile and are eligible to apply for PNP. Candidates should have experience in an occupation as per the in demand occupations list manitoba.

Human capital pathway
