FARM INVESTORS STREAM BY ALBERTA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM 

The Alberta advantage immigration program nominates people who can fill the job vacancies in Alberta’s farms, agri food or agricultural business while also hoping to pursue Canadian permanent residency.

The Alberta advantage immigration program has designed the farm stream for accomplished farmers who can invest in a farm or buy one. They will also have to settle in alberta.

Eligibility for Farm investors stream alberta are –

  • The candidate should have experience in farming, farm management and should provide document provide document for the same
  • The candidate should have a proper business plan
  • The candidate must make an investment of CAD 500,000

HOW TO APPLY FOR FARM INVESTORS STREAM OPERATED BY ALBERTA PNP?

  • Submit an application with an EOI (Expression of Interest). 
  • Fill out the necessary forms and pay a fee of $500.
  • Mail the documents to the immigration authority 
  • If the application is approved, the nominated candidate has to apply for permanent residency to IRCC within six months.
  • If approved, the candidate is eligible to arrive in Alberta and start the farm business in Canada.

FARM INVESTORS STREAM BY MANITOBA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM 

The Manitoba PNP nominates people who can fill the job vacancies in Manitoba farms, agri food, agricultural business or are looking to buy a farm while also hoping to pursue Canadian permanent residency.

The Eligibility for manitoba farm investor pathway are 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in farm management or owning experience
  • The candidate should have minimum net worth of CAD 350,000
  • The candidate must make minimum investment of CAD 150,000

HOW TO APPLY FOR FARM INVESTORS STREAM OPERATED BY MANITOBA PNP?

  • Submit an application with an EOI (Expression of Interest) to the Farm Business Concept Form.
  • If approved, the candidate will receive a letter of advice.
  • After receiving the letter of advice, the candidate will receive a certificate of nomination and has to pay a deposit fees of CAD 75,000.
  • If the application is approved, the nominated candidate has to apply for permanent residency to IRCC within six months.
  • If approved, the candidate is eligible to arrive in Manitoba and start the farm business in Canada.

FARM INVESTORS STREAM BY SASKATCHEWAN PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM 

The Saskatchewan program targets experienced farm owners and operators who want to invest in farms in saskatchewan.

The Eligibility for saskatchewan farm owners stream are –

  • The candidates should have a minimum 3 years of experience in farm owning or management
  • Candidates should pay a deposit of CAD 75,000
  • Candidates should at least invest CAD 150,000
  • Candidates must conduct an exploratory visit to Saskatchewan
  • Candidates must have a well prepared business plan.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FARM OWNERS STREAM OPERATED BY SASKATCHEWAN PNP?

  1. Submit an application with an EOI (Expression of Interest) to the Farm Business Concept Form.
