- Must score at least 72 out of 120 points in the EOI assessment grid score.

International Graduate Entrepreneur
Newfoundland and Labrador International Graduate Entrepreneur stream is designed for international graduates who have completed their graduation at the Post-Secondary Institution in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
