Step 1 – Choose the Application Type

Prefer the type of application if you are applying for ECA for general use, or Canada Immigration

Note – CES does not provide assessment for some professions. Refer to the Medical Council of Canada if you need to start practice as Physician or Specialist Physician, or refer to the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada if you are applying as a Pharmacist.

Step 2 – Country Specific Document Requirements

Send scanned copies of both sides of your credentials for the highest education.CES also requires your UNIVERSITY to send these documents from its official records.

List of Documents

  1. Any one of the govt issued IDs such as Driver’s License/ National Identity Card/ Passport
  2. Proof of Name Change if different names appear on education credentials and IDs
  3. Final or Provisional Diploma/Degree/ Certificate for University Education
  4. Mark sheets/statement of marks for each year of study issued by the State Board of Technical Education, the State Council of Nursing and Midwifery, and/or the awarding university/institution
  5. Verified/attested year-by-year mark sheets or statements of marks issued by the State Board of Technical Education, the State Nursing Council and/or the University Registrar/the Controller of Examinations, or one of their deputies.

Step 3 – Accept CES Terms and Conditions

The next step is to accept CES Terms and Conditions and click on Apply Now to continue the online application for Canada PR.

Step 4 – Getting Academic Records from University 

Provide your official academic record to CES. Your official academic record (transcript) must be sent directly to the CES office by the awarding institution, in an institution-sealed envelope.

Forward the institution-sealed envelope to the CES office if the institution releases the official/verified academic records/transcript to you.
