The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) regularly scans the Express Entry pool of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to identify candidates who may be eligible for one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration programs.
The latest Ontario PNP Draw focuses on inviting eligible candidates from the French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, and you had applied for the same, you should also check your mail.
Fulfilling the below criteria and having competent points in the comprehensive ranking system does not guarantee that you would receive an Invitation to Apply, but maximum your chances of getting one.

On September 7, 2023, we issued notifications of interest to potential candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
Candidates only received a notification if they had a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 308-434 and work experience in TEER Category 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
You may apply to this stream if you received a notification of interest on September 7, 2023.
