INTERNATIONAL CREDENTIAL EVALUATION SERVICE
ICES provides documents assessment and evaluation of education received outside Canada. Candidates interested to study abroad in Canada, or working in Canada as skilled workers require International Credential Evaluation Service to prove their eligibility for Canada Immigration.
WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL CREDENTIAL EVALUATION SERVICE (ICES)?
International Credential Evaluation Service referred to as ICES has been designated by IRCC to calculate foreign degrees according to the Canadian education system. One of its primary jobs is Educational Credentials Assessment (ECA), which is mandatory for Canada Immigration through Express Entry Program.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ICES CANADA?
The process to apply for ICES Canada is not complicated. Go through three steps to complete an online application for ECA.
Step 1
Eligibility and Requirements
The first step is to make sure you fulfill the eligibility criteria after preparing all the required documents for ICES Online Application. Here is the list.
Color Copy of Government issued Photo Id Proof
Color Copy of Government issued proof for Legal Name and DOB
Color Copy of the front and back side of the highest Degree, Diploma. or Certificate
Color Copy of the front and back side of the Marksheet of the highest education.
Translation of all these documents (If documents are in regional language)
Step 2
ICES Canada Fees Payment
The ICES Canada only accepts the payment of fees in Canadian Dollars.
Standard Service – $CRS 200 for each document
Updating General Application to ECA for immigration – $CRS 200 per document for updating each general report to ECA.
Getting Additional Copies of the standard ECA Report – $CRS 20 per extra copy
ECA Renewal Fees – $CRS 50
Courier Charges – $CRS 26 for domestic delivery, $CRS 75 for international delivery
Step 3
Submit the Final Application
Submit all the documents in the required format to the ICES office through post, or email. These documents must be sent from your educational institute or UNIVERSITY.
Post – University can send your official documents via post to ICES Canada.

ICES Canada does not begin the ECA Process until and unless they receive the complete application, and documents in the required format along with the processing charges. Once they have received all these from your side, they might take 20 to 30 weeks to prepare the final ECA Reports.
