• 100% non-refundable fee, if the hard copy of the agreement is not signed by the client and returned to BOI SERVICES in a timely manner.
• 100% non-refundable fee, if the client has purchased and then changed his or her mind and decides to withdraw the money.
• 100% non-refundable fee, if a client does not want to continue with our services.
• 100% non-refundable fee, if a client fails to submit all the necessary documents within 60 days of signing the agreement. 

BOI SERVICES offers a technical evaluation service that will evaluate clients’ profiles for a selected country and help them to know how many points they have obtained. All reports are sent within 48 to 72 hours of sign-up if all details in the application form have been submitted. The fee for the evaluation report is 100% non-refundable.

BOI SERVICES provides only guidance and advice for documentation, processing for immigration, and visas. All services are performed at a back office in India and the client agrees to this arrangement. Charges for full service are refundable only in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the signed agreement.

BOI SERVICES offers clients a variety of application forms as an additional service. Application forms are available for a fee on a registration/subscription basis.

No copyright is claimed on any application form. The application forms provided on the BOI SERVICES website are published by various foreign government agencies.

There are no express or implied warranties with regard to this website and the materials and products on this website. Emergency contact information, National Insurance or Tax ID Number / PAN Card, Bank account details, payroll records, tax status information, and driving license. BOI SERVICES will only use the client’s personal information if the law permits us to do so. Generally, we use client’s personal information in the circumstances mentioned below: 

• BOI SERVICES has an agreement with you that needs to be performed.
• Where BOI SERVICES need to concede with a legal commitment.
• Where our legitimate interests (or those of any third party) require it and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• where a client has given us explicit consent to do so.

BOI SERVICES may also use client’s personal information in the circumstances mentioned below:

• If BOI SERVICES has to protect your interests (or someone else’s interests).
• When it is needed for public interest or official purposes, or when the CBI, police, or government officials request it.

As a registered member, you will receive significant updates and information on WhatsApp.

If the client failed to provide personal information or certain details that we have requested, BOI SERVICES may not be able to comply with the agreement that we have with you or we may not be able to comply with our legal obligations (such as to ensure health & safety and proof of nationality)

Automated decision-making occurs when an electronic system uses personal information to make decisions without human intervention. BOI SERVICES does not anticipate making a decision about you using automated means, however, our team will inform you if this changes. We will only share your personal information with third parties where required by law.

BOI SERVICES has taken measures to protect clients’ information. BOI SERVICES has put in place reasonable security measures to prevent client’s personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed, altered or disclosed in an unauthorized manner. In addition, BOI SERVICES limits access to your personal details to employees, and agents who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal details on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. BOI SERVICES has put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data protection breach and will inform you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

It’s the client’s duty to inform BOI SERVICES of changes. 

It is necessary that the personal information BOI SERVICES hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please notify our team if your personal information/details changes during your association with us.

Your rights with respect to personal information, In certain circumstances, by law you have the following rights:

Request access to your personal information/details (commonly referred to as a “data subject access request”). This allows you to obtain a copy of the personal information BOI SERVICES has about you and to verify that we are processing it legally.

Request corrections to the personal information BOI SERVICES hold about you. This enables a client to rectify any incomplete or inaccurate information that we have about you.

Request the deletion of your personal information. This allows clients to ask BOI SERVICES to remove or erase personal information where there is no good reason for us to process it. Clients also have the right to request us to delete or remove their personal information where they have exercised their right to object to processing (see below).

Objection to the processing of clients’ personal information where BOI SERVICES is relying on a legitimate interest (or that of a third party) and there is something about the client’s particular situation that makes him/her want to object to the processing on this base. Clients will not be charged any type of fee for accessing their personal information (or exercising any of the other rights).

BOI SERVICES may need to request specific information from a client to confirm their identity and to ensure their right to access the information (or to exercise any of their other rights). It is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it.

In limited circumstances where clients have given their consent to the collection, processing and transfer of their personal information for a specific purpose, they have the right to withdraw their consent to that specific processing at any time. To withdraw their consent, they have to contact BOI SERVICES at support@www.boi-services.com. Once BOI SERVICES receives notice that the client has withdrawn his/her consent, our team will not process your information for the purpose or purposes for which you originally agreed, unless BOI SERVICES has another legitimate grounds for doing so in law.
